We check CO levels, venting, and gas lines before touching anything else.

Every job ends with a full system test and a walkthrough.

Signs to watch for

Not sure if it's time to call?

If any of these sound familiar, get in touch before a small issue turns into a bigger one. A quick call is always free.

  • Furnace won't ignite or short cycles
  • Cold spots or uneven heat between rooms
  • Yellow burner flame instead of steady blue
  • Rattling, banging, or whistling on startup
  • Rising gas bill without a change in weather
  • Dust or soot buildup around the vents
  • System is 15+ years old and needing frequent repairs
  • Any smell of gas — call us immediately

Full safety inspection

Carbon monoxide readings, heat exchanger check, gas pressure, and vent draft on every visit.

Written diagnosis

Photos, readings, and the fix — in plain English before we quote.

Clean install

New pads, sealed plenum, tidy gas and electrical connections. Every install is one we'd photograph.

System commissioning

We tune airflow, temperature rise, and gas pressure to the manufacturer's spec — not just 'good enough.'

Rebate paperwork

We handle the SoCalGas, SCE, and federal rebate submissions so you don't have to chase them.

Warranty on parts and labor

Manufacturer parts warranty plus our labor warranty on qualifying installs — all in writing.

Why Airsun

The difference is in the details.

Safety-first every visit

We treat every heating call like a safety call — because gas and CO deserve that respect.

Right-sized systems

We run a real load calc. Oversized furnaces short cycle and cost more to run — we won't sell you one.

Heat pump specialists

SoCal's climate is perfect for heat pumps. We install them right and explain the trade-offs honestly.

All major brands

Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Goodman, Rheem, Bryant, Amana and more — parts and expertise for all of them.

Bilingual crew

English and Español, so nothing about your system gets lost in translation.

Local & licensed

California Contractor's License #1142130. Fully insured. Rooted in SoCal.

FAQ

Good questions, straight answers.

+My furnace is 15 years old — should I replace it?

Probably. Modern furnaces run 20–40% more efficient and are far safer. We'll give you a payback estimate before recommending anything.

+Do you install heat pumps?

Yes — heat pumps are our favorite upgrade in SoCal. One system, both heat and AC, huge efficiency gains.

+Are there rebates?

Often, yes. We help you claim SoCalGas, SCE, and federal rebates during the install.

+Do you service older wall and floor furnaces?

Yes — we still work on older wall and floor units common in SoCal homes, and can talk you through modern replacements when it's time.

+How long does a furnace install take?

Most single-family homes are a one-day install. Complex retrofits or upstairs closets may take two.
