+Do you charge a service call fee?

There's a flat diagnostic fee for standard calls, which is waived if you approve the repair — and always waived for Family Care Club members.

+Do you offer financing?

Yes. We partner with Synchrony and GreenSky for 0% and low-APR options on qualifying installs.

+How fast can you get here?

Same-day for most calls in OC and the Inland Empire. Emergencies typically under 90 minutes.

+Do you work on all brands?

Yes — Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Goodman, Rheem, Bryant, Amana, and more.

+How long does a full install take?

Most single-family homes: one day. Larger or complex systems: two days.

+Do you handle permits?

Yes — we pull all required permits and handle the inspection for you.

Warranty & guarantees

+What warranty do I get on a new system?

Up to 10 years on parts from the manufacturer, plus a 10-year Airsun labor warranty on qualifying installs.

+What if I'm not happy?

+Where do you service?

All of Orange County and the Inland Empire — including Anaheim, Irvine, Santa Ana, Riverside, Corona, Chino, Ontario, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Mission Viejo, and Yorba Linda.

+Do you serve commercial buildings?

Small commercial (light retail, offices, restaurants) — yes. Large industrial — not our specialty.

Maintenance & efficiency

+How often should I service my AC and furnace?

Once a year at minimum — twice is ideal. AC in spring, furnace in fall. Family Care Club rolls both into one plan.

+How often should I change my filter?

1-inch filters: every 1–3 months. High-capacity media filters: every 6–12 months. If you have pets or allergies, lean shorter.

+Can maintenance really lower my bill?

Yes — a dirty coil or clogged filter can drop system efficiency 10–25%. Regular tune-ups keep the number where the manufacturer promised.

+What does maintenance actually include?

Full inspection, cleaning, safety checks, refrigerant readings, electrical tests, and a written health report you can keep.

Safety & comfort

+Should I have a CO detector if I have gas heat?

Absolutely — one on every level of the home and outside sleeping areas. We can inspect and recommend placement during any visit.

+Why are some rooms hotter or colder than others?

Usually undersized or leaky ductwork, wrong register placement, or a blocked return. We diagnose airflow room-by-room.

+Is a smart thermostat worth it?

For most homes, yes — schedules and adaptive learning typically save 8–15% on heating and cooling. We help you pick one that fits your system.

+How can I make my home feel less dusty?

Better filtration, sealed ducts, and balanced airflow together make a bigger difference than any single upgrade.
